Maintain IT infrastructure through configuration management via check-in/check-out processes of configuration guides, diagrams and other related artifacts. Assist with planning, prioritization, execution and documentation of client-approved change requests. Assist with planning, prioritization and execution of approved operational initiatives. Maintain standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation on an ongoing basis. Provide user management including configuration of new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues. Implement, administer and troubleshoot Linux and Mac operating systems. Configure, test and implement DISA STIG requirements in accordance with DoD and Federal Government IT security policies. Resolve JAMF database server/cluster issues. Create, update and deploy shell scripts to support various functional or security related requirements (Bash). This includes methods of packaging volume-licensed applications for deployment and repackaging non-PKG installers. Provide COTS support and configuration knowledge in an enterprise environment of other Macintosh related applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Create and administer Apple operating system installation and application packages using JAMF. Provide patch management for apps and JAMF host servers.
